Your account is activated automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. Note — for your site to be accessible to visitors, your domain needs to be pointed to our servers first. DNS propagation typically takes up to a few hours.

Yes. DirectAdmin includes a built-in backup mechanism you can schedule to your needs. You can also request automatic backups to external storage — contact support for setup.

Plans are for your own use only — you cannot host third-party client sites (use our Reseller service for that). Prohibited: file-sharing sites, media streaming sites, sites requiring EXECUTE permissions, or sites with continuous heavy resource usage. Those require a VPS or dedicated server.

MySQL databases are limited to 256MB. When you reach that size we'll reach out and help you find the right plan. We will never close your site — we work with you until a solution is found.

In short — we don't. We trust you to use the service fairly. Only if routine maintenance shows your site is affecting server stability will we contact you to find a solution together. We believe in a live-and-let-live approach.
