Every client isolated — if one gets hit, the rest stay safe
With a reseller account, every sub-account you create for a client gets its own separate UNIX user with a private UID. This means no user can access another user's files — at the operating system level.
Real-world example: if a client forgot to update a plugin and their site got infected — the malware is contained to that user's directory only, and cannot reach your sites or other clients.
Each account can also be suspended, backed up, and given separate resource quotas independently — full control from a single reseller panel.
How Does It Work?

Create Sub-Accounts
For each client or site you want to separate — open a dedicated sub-account with the right quotas.

When the project outgrows reseller
Reseller is the start, not the limit
VPS — when one client needs more
Reseller is great for managing a pool of small-to-mid sites. When one specific client becomes a serious project — a busy store, an app that needs consistent response times — move them to their own VPS. They get resources no one competes for, and you free up space for the rest of your reseller clients.
- › Site with a heavy theme, busy WooCommerce, or a plugin with high memory demand
- › Project that needs stable response times independent of neighbors
- › App that needs a persistent background process — queue worker, Node.js server, scheduled job — on shared hosting it gets killed, on VPS it runs continuously
- › Client who needs a dedicated IP — for mail reputation management, corporate SSL, or any service requiring a clean, exclusive IP
- ›Full SSH accessArtisan · Composer · Node.js · WP-CLI · Git · Python · AI Agents
Dedicated — when the project is in a different league
Some clients have projects too large to live on any shared infrastructure. A dedicated server is a fully independent setup: complete hardware, no neighbors, no resource contention. For a client who needs a server to themselves — not one of many.
- › High-traffic store or system that can't tolerate resource contention from neighbors
- › Client expecting traffic spikes — product launch, campaign, seasonal peak — a dedicated server absorbs the surge without any neighbor constraints
- › Client who needs full isolation — compliance, data security, or simply a server that's entirely theirs
- › Client whose site gets hit by DDoS attacks — an independent server isolates the attack from your other clients, and allows granular blocking rules and firewall configurations to deal with the attack directly
- ›Full SSH accessArtisan · Horizon · Node.js · Python · Supervisor · Git webhooks · AI Agents

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between reseller hosting and regular shared hosting?
On shared hosting, all your sites run under the same UNIX user. With a reseller account, each sub-account you create gets an independent UNIX user with its own private UID — no cross-writes between sites, each account managed and quota-limited separately.
Do I need Linux knowledge to manage a reseller account?
Not at all. Everything is managed through a friendly DirectAdmin browser interface. We're happy to give you a walkthrough after signup.
Why is there an added cost for Israel servers?
The surcharge reflects local infrastructure costs. We maintain the same service standard as our European servers — no quality compromises — and operating costs are priced accordingly.
When do I need a dedicated server instead of reseller?
The sign is usually the nature of the project, not just its size. A client targeted by DDoS attacks, expecting unpredictable traffic spikes, running Node.js/Python/queue workers, or requiring consistent guaranteed response times — needs a standalone server whose resources aren't shared with neighbors.
