We wrote this like a human, because we're a small business that built everything by hand — and we don't like inflated legal language.
When does the service go live?
Delivery Policy
Each service is provisioned a little differently — here's what to expect for each.
Shared Hosting
The system opens your account automatically immediately after payment confirmation — you'll receive login details by email within minutes. In cases that require manual intervention from us, the account is set up within 48 business hours.
VPS Server
Every VPS is provisioned manually by us — there is no automatic activation after payment. After receiving the order we'll reach out to coordinate the setup. In most cases this happens the same business day; during busy periods — up to 48 hours. After setup we walk you through the initial configuration until everything is set up to your needs.

Dedicated Server
Delivery time ranges from 48 hours to 21 days, depending on the server model and hardware availability from the supplier. Servers from existing stock are ready faster; servers sourced from abroad are subject to the supplier's delivery lead times. We'll keep you updated at every stage.
Domain
Domain registration is usually automatic. Sometimes — especially for individuals or certain extensions — the registrar will require a TOKEN verification by email or completion of identification details. If you receive such a request, act on it promptly to complete registration.
Delivery notice: Service activation confirmation always arrives by email. If you haven't received one — check your spam folder, and if it's not there either, open a support ticket as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy
No binding contracts. But there are a few things to know.
Can be cancelled
- ✓ Shared hosting plans — with at least 10 days notice before the renewal date
- ✓ VPS servers — with at least 10 days notice
- ✓ Dedicated servers — with at least 10 days notice
Cannot be cancelled
- ✗ Registered domain names — the registrar does not issue refunds
- ✗ Software licenses that have been activated
- ✗ SSL certificates that have been issued
Refunds
We do not refund payments already made — whether monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current billing period is not refunded. If your term is ending and you choose not to renew — simply don't renew. If there's an exceptional circumstance, we're happy to hear it — open a support ticket.

Acceptable Use Policy
Our services are intended for lawful and legitimate use. The list below describes what is prohibited — if something is in a grey area, open a support ticket and we'll discuss it. Violations will result in suspension or account termination without refund.
Prohibited Content
- ✗ Obscene, offensive, or violence-inciting content
- ✗ Content that violates Israeli law or the law of any other country
- ✗ Content that infringes on individuals' privacy
Harassment & Harm
- ✗ Harassing other individuals in any way
- ✗ Encouraging or supporting violence against individuals, organizations, or governments
- ✗ Harming minors in any form
Intellectual Property Theft
- ✗ Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- ✗ Distributing pirated software or cracks
- ✗ Hosting stolen content without the owner's permission
Hacking & Unauthorized Access
- ✗ Any attempt to access systems without authorization
- ✗ Port scanning, brute force, exploitation of vulnerabilities
- ✗ Disrupting services of other customers
Malicious Software
- ✗ Distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any other malware
- ✗ Hosting attack tools, C2 servers, or botnets
- ✗ Any software designed to damage other systems
Spam & Phishing
- ✗ Sending commercial bulk email from our servers
- ✗ Phishing, sender address spoofing, pretexting
- ✗ Mailing lists without recipient consent
Violations & inquiries: If you encounter abuse originating from our infrastructure, or have a question about borderline use — contact us at [email protected]. We take such reports seriously and act on them.
What we do with your data
Privacy
We only collect what's needed to provide the service: name, email address, payment details, and contact information for support purposes. We don't sell your data, don't share it with third parties beyond what's required for payment processing, and don't send marketing emails without consent.
Service credentials (username, password, server details) are stored encrypted on our end. We don't access your content unless you've asked for technical assistance or we're required to do so by law.
